It was specifically developed for the use on development websites. Our journey began in 2020. Everything was changing – the external environment in America was “locking down.” Churches and schools were shuttered, basic necessities were inaccessible, and the family was thrust together to “shelter in place.”
A few of these founding families in western Loudoun County, Virginia, came together to form Waterford Christian Co-op to place in God’s hand the rekindling of education through home-based learning in a group setting. We operate out of a few building on a working farm in Virginia, with an evangelical mission and faith in the redeeming power of Jesus Christ at our core.Â
We are open to all, in the fervent prayer that all will come to know and trust our Lord through a learning environment of both rigor and nurture. It is homeschooling through and through, but with a healthy dose of community in the mix.Â
